Cipcic – Bragadin Mesic and Associates advises a new client Revolut on various AML obligations and responsibilities. Revolut holds a position as a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider in Croatia.

Advisory included advising on matters such as

  • Preparation of risk assessment regarding money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • Establishing policies, controls and procedures to effectively reduce and effectively manage the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • Customer Due diligence (activities, simplified CDD, enhanced CDD etc.)
  • Storage and protection of data and keeping records of data
  • Suspicious Activity Reporting.
  • Restriction Measures and sanctions list screening.
