We have been advising a Norwegian investment fund Croatian Development Property II AS fund and Rotor Jug d.o.o. as developers of one of the biggest RE projects currently in Croatia – project named “Jarun Panorama”.

Project consists of development of 7 skyscrapers on the landmark area in Zagreb with approx. 200.000 of gross development area and should include the  highest skyscraper in the country with 38 stories.

Project is valued + 200 mil. EUR.

We’ve been providing CDP II and  Rotor Jug with a day to day support in all areas of their  business, including but not limited to:

• advising on various commercial matters,
• corporate matters and structuring,
• project development,
• construction matters,
• various regulatory matters,
• on litigations and dispute management,
• on negotiations with the local authority and stake holders etc. but also on potential sale of the project company/ project.
