We have advised Jadranski Naftovod PLC, (JANAF) (www.janaf.hr) a majority state-owned oil transmission and storage company listed on Zagreb Stock Exchange in relation to acquisition of PV power plant project PV Bulinec  with 5,176 MW of installed power, already in use.  The deal was structured as a share deal for the acquisition of 100%  of shares in a company owning and operating the plant . We have advised Janaf on all legal aspects of the deal including but not limited to SPA, financing agreements , plant construction and maintenance agreements, security documentation  etc.
