We have advised  Jadranski Naftovod PLC, (JANAF) (www.janaf.hr) a majority state-owned oil transmission and storage company listed on Zagreb Stock Exchange in relation to acquisition of PV power plant project PV Vođinci (link: . JANAF takes over first solar power plant project • Janaf, d.d.)  with 14,285 MW of installed power. The deal was structured as a share deal for the acquisition of 100% in the SPV for developing the plant. The deal makes the first acquisition under Janaf’s Green strategy push.
