We have provided a comprehensive advisory to DS Smith in relation to the construction of a new Recycling Depot in Zadar, Croatia.

Advisory included drafting all necessary agreements, side documentation as well as da to day consultation on various construction matters, insurance matters, security documents etc. Legal documentation was based on the 2nd edition 2021 FIDIC green book from of contract.

DS Smith plc is a British multinational packaging business, headquartered in London. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange.
