We have advised Blackrock on various regulatory aspects of cross boarder distribution of UCTIS funds, AIFs, and ELTIFs to Croatian clients. Advisory included but was not limited to maters such as the registration requirements for the funds, ongoing requirements, requirements in relation to termination of marketing, regulatory requirements concerning exposure to controversial weapons etc.
