Advising Revolut on Commodities Products and MiCA Matters
We have advised our client Revolut on a product offering linked to commodities and on relevant regulatory requirements including but not limited to licensing, marketing/ offering and sanctions.
On a separate matter, we have represented Revolut o in front of Crotian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CFSSA) in relation to deregistration as a Virtual Assets Service Provider (VASP) from a CFSSA’s register and continuation of their business in Croatian market under granted MiCA license.
