We have been advising a Norwegian investment fund Croatian Development Property II AS fund and Rotor Jug d.o.o. as developers of one of the biggest RE projects currently in Croatia – project named “Jarun Panorama”.<\/p>\n
Project consists of development of 7 skyscrapers on the landmark area in Zagreb with approx. 200.000 of gross development area and should include the\u00a0 highest skyscraper in the country with 38 stories.<\/p>\n
Project is valued + 200 mil. EUR.<\/p>\n
We’ve been providing CDP II and\u00a0 Rotor Jug with a day to day support in all areas of their\u00a0 business, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

- advising on various commercial matters,<\/li>\n
- corporate matters and structuring,<\/li>\n
- project development,<\/li>\n
- construction matters,<\/li>\n
- various regulatory matters,<\/li>\n
- on litigations and dispute management,<\/li>\n
